Participatory Sense Making***

Talk @ Kulturverein zur Schießhalle
Thursday 27 Nov
18:00 ‑ 18:30

Austrian Sign Language interpretations available.***

Project Description

This talk/discussion revolves around the question how we involve humans in (political) participatory processes and how we collaboratively make sense of complex, messy situations, how we unintentionally exclude and embedd our biases into our projects. We will dive into some participatory design projects that meant well but achieved very different outcomes than initially imagined and we will also view some examples that started with nothing but a thought and evolved into long-term initiatives.
