TeamBlinding is an innovative team-building experience designed to bring participants closer to the values of diversity, inclusion and mutual listening. The activity takes place entirely in the dark, immersing teams in a sensory and interactive environment that stimulates collaboration and awareness of different points of view.
The event takes place in complete darkness, where participants are immersed in a sensory and interactive environment. During TeamBlinding, teams face a series of challenges, games, and activities to complete together.
Participants will tackle games, challenges and group activities without being able to use their sight. They will therefore have to rely on their other senses—hearing, touch and intuition—to communicate effectively, make collective decisions and overcome obstacles together. In this unique and engaging context, they will practise active listening and develop mutual trust, empathy and cooperation.
Without the use of sight, participants must rely on other senses—hearing, touch, and instinct—to communicate effectively, make collective decisions, and overcome obstacles as a group.
TeamBlinding aims to strengthen collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive corporate culture, where diversity is valued and inclusion becomes a concrete priority. The experience offers an original and stimulating approach to improving trust, mutual listening and the ability to work together effectively.
In this unique and engaging setting, they discover the power of active listening and the value of embracing different perspectives. This awareness is key to creating a workplace culture where diversity is appreciated and inclusion becomes a true priority.
TeamBlinding offers companies an original and inspiring way to strengthen collaboration while promoting trust, empathy, and genuine inclusion.
