Project Description
TeamBlinding is an innovative team-building experience designed to bring people closer to the values of diversity, inclusion, and mutual listening. The event takes place in complete darkness, where participants are immersed in a sensory and interactive environment. During TeamBlinding, teams face a series of challenges, games, and activities to complete together. Without the use of sight, participants must rely on other senses—hearing, touch, and instinct—to communicate effectively, make collective decisions, and overcome obstacles as a group. Artist Bio
Beyond Limits is a Third Sector Entity that promotes social inclusion and awareness through the use of innovative technologies and cutting-edge methodologies.
We work to ensure access to culture and knowledge as a fundamental right of every individual. Through research and technological development, we create accessible solutions that break down barriers and enhance diversity.
Norbert Casali(IT) - Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) expert with a previous career as a Paralympic athlete in track & field and paratriathlon. Currently, he is involved as a motor educator in promoting inclusion and equity.
Simone Assi(IT) - Expert in new technologies, interactive systems and virtual reality. He actively collaborates with Ariella Vidach AiEP as a consultant specializing in virtual reality and new technologies in the performance context.
